Replacement Batten
We received a call from a lovely lady out in March. she was a bit concerned as she had a leak from the roof that was causing damp throughout the bathroom and garage. Once the guys got there, they stripped the roof and they soon realised that the issue was the poor grade felt that was previously used.
We stripped the tiles, old batten, and the old felt. We then nailed in some new felt and battens and put back the original tiles. we showed the customer the issue, then we showed the lovely lady how we would then resolve this. The lady was very appreciative of this and has since not had any issues with her roof!
