This customer had just installed some cladding from one of our colleagues, however the look of the building was let down by a verge that was untidily installed. We agreed a price and booked the work in, unfortunately once we had started to take the roof apart we discovered some extra issues with the roof. We stopped work and contacted the owners. The felt and battens supporting the tiles had rotted, knowing there is little point continuing to install tiles onto a shoddy foundation we rearranged the work to include the additional structural work.
